Create Email Content Failed

Hi,

My workflow is using Create Email Content to send email with attachment but I’m having the following error:


10:08:08.163 [0010] W3001 : Error while executing plugin: HTTP/1.1 500 ApplicationException: com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn’t connect to host, port: smtp-mail.outlook.com, 587; timeout 60000;


I had also tried to Send Email via Connect Designer but I’m having the following error:

The email account username & password that i using is correct.

Hi James,

Yes, i did using TLS encryption.

Anyway, it works after i uninstall the antivirus from the server.

I would need to install back the antivirus. May i know what kind of settings need to be done on the antivirus so that Connect able to connect to SMTP?
Antivirus: McAfee

I would start by whitelisting port 587 in McAfee.
